During end of November and early December 2011, BeMo has proceeded with massive migration of services running on BeMo Cloud. As result of this migration, SQL server farm has been reconfigured and certain users may have lost connection to their OLAP databases.
This problem only manifests to users that were using connections to server "SQL" or server "SQL\SharePoint". User impacted will have to manually update their SQL Server connection.
If you are amongst the impacted users, please replace your database connection to "SQL" or "SQL\SharePoint" with Server = "VM040" and hit the TEST connection button to validate your changes.
Note that the database name and OLAP cube name should stay with no changes.
