When CAM (Customer Account Manager) reset BeMo Content Pack, your BeMo Content Pack Database Connection String will be changed and user will get following error:
(Cannot open database "459f......4_a...b_Reporting" requested by the login. The login failed.)
To prevent this error "You should update all your connection strings for example you have any Excel file saved, you want to query data in Excel before query data you should update Excel file Connection String". For the updated connection String please follow the following instructions:
1. Log in to www.bemopro.com
2. Go to "My BeMo Account" page
3. Under the "My Hosting" section, click on the following link/button "Connection Strings [Show]"
and you will get all your required strings
