How to Encrypt a PDF file

File encryption helps protect your data by encrypting it.

Here is how can encrypt a PDF file

Locate the file in file explorer, right click on the file.

Click on Show more options> Classify and Protect.

Which would open an Azure information protection screen from where you can choose the label you want to apply to the document and click on apply to save the changes.

After which the document with be encrypted.
