How to enable Global Administrator through PIM

As part of the Identity Package, we enable the (Privileged Identity Management) PIM feature. If you need to enable the Global Administrator, please follow these steps:

• Go to Home - Microsoft Entra admin center
• Select Identity Governance (or search in the top bar)
  
  
  
• Click on Privileged Identity Management
• Click on My roles
• Activate the appropriate role (i.e.: Global Admin)
  
  
  
  
• Enter a Reason
• Click on Activate
• Wait for a couple minutes and the role is assigned to the account
  
  

This assignment only allows you to be administrator for the next 2 hours, after those 2 hours you are going to be a standard user again.
