Here is the first post migration step document for all users. It’s important that prior to cutover you share this post migration document with all end users. This document will get users established with MFA and change their password thus granting access to M365 Web email and Web apps. Another document will address downloading and installing Microsoft Office client applications.
After cutover, all the users with company email accounts will be entirely disconnected from your current email server and be added to your new Microsoft Tenant’s Exchange email managed by BEMO.
It is important to wait for a notification saying everything is ready. You will receive an SMS notification saying, "The email migration has successfully been completed. You can now start the post-migration steps. BEMO". At that point, please follow the instructions listed below using the temporary password you have received from John Bruns or Jorge Alzati via slack or email. If you did not save or cannot locate your temporary password, you can call or email BEMO Support: +1 702 529-0820 ext.2 or support@bemopro.com.
If you have any questions, please send an email to support@bemopro.com, and we will make sure that someone gets back to you promptly.
Thanks for being a Microsoft and BEMO customer!
