Once we get complete the sync we will confirm the exact time/date of your cutover. It’s important that prior to cutover you share these post migration steps with all end users.
Once everything is ready, you will receive an SMS notification saying, "The email migration has successfully been completed. You can now start the post-migration steps. BEMO". At that point, you will reset your password and configure MFA. This document follows that step.

4. OPTION: Common issues to be aware of for GoDaddy or Office 365 migration
When doing GoDaddy or Office 365 migration, we often encounter the following issue post cutover.
Internal Autodiscover DNS replication
This is the error a user will face when trying to access his/her email via OWA post cutover. It can often take up to 8 hours before Outlook on the Web (OWA) is fully functioning. This is due to the autodiscover DNS (from the Microsoft side) that has not been replicated yet. Nothing we can do. You just need to be patient.
Internal emails
After the migration (for GoDaddy to O365 migration only), users will complain that they cannot successfully send emails internally. This is normal. They will need to delete their 'Autofill' email address (as they are still pointing to their original email server) and fully retype the recipient email address to fix the issue
Recurring meeting
Same as above. Users will need to reschedule all their recurring meeting as their links will be pointing to the old server
