Edit the transcript of a meeting recording in Teams

To edit a transcript: 

1. Select OneDrive  at the leftmost side of Teams.

2. Select My files  > Recordings.

3. Hover over the recording you want to edit the transcript for.

4. Select More actions   > Open  > Open in browser . This opens the video on its Microsoft 365 player page.

5. On the player page in your browser, select Transcript  . 

6. Hover over the portion of the transcript you want to edit and select Edit  .

7. Make changes to the transcript text.

8. Select Done   to update.
