Congratulations for switching your phone system to Skype for Business provided to you by BeMo. To get you familiar with its basic functionality, we do recommend you check the following information.
Skype for Business application
If you do not have the “Skype for Business” application already installed on your device (PC, Mac or mobile phone), please follow these simple steps
To install on a PC or a Mac
- Open your browser and log in to office.com with your Office 365 credentials
- Select the pull-down menu "Install Office apps > Other install options"
- Select the latest Skype for Business available (Business Basic for Office 2016). Pick 32-bit or 64-bit version depending on prior Office installation
- Click the "Install"
- Launch the application and provide your Office 365 credentials
To install on a mobile device
- Go to the app store and look for Skype for Business application
- Complete the install, enter your credentials and complete the on-screen instructions
Hardware requirement
For best performance and easy of use, we do recommend having a good quality analog or USB headset connected to your PC or Mac.
