Access a delegated mailbox in Outlook Web App (OWA)

You can access another person’s mailbox if you have been granted the appropriate permissions to their mailbox.

Log in to your mailbox via https://www.office.com and open Outlook.

From your Outlook Web App, click on your pictures or initials from the top right corner.

Click on Open another mailbox.

From there you will be able to find the account you want to access and click open

The account will open on the next Tab.
