You will find the steps below on how you can send an encrypted email via Outlook 365 or office.com.
Steps with Outlook 365 Application
1. Within Outlook, click on New Email
A new mail window will open
2. In the TO line, please enter the recipient that will be receiving this email
3. Click on the Options menu and click on Encrypt
Once you click send, the email will be sent fully encrypted. Any reply to this message will be and stay encrypted.
Using Outlook Web
1. Go to httos://office.com
2. Open Outlook Web
3. Click on New message
You will now get something similar to the screen below
4. Click on “…”
5. Select Encrypt --> Encrypt
