Post Migration, you may find your emails missing from your Android or iOS devices from Outlook App.
It happens because, your phone's Outlook still thinks that you emails are pointing to the old server and not Microsoft.
In order to fix this issue, all you need to do is delete your email account from the Outlook app and re-add it.
- Open: the Outlook app on your mobile device.
- Tap: your profile icon or silhouette, located in the top-left corner.
- Tap: the settings gear icon, found at the bottom-left of the menu that appears.
- Tap: the mail account you wish to remove from the list of accounts.
- Scroll: to the bottom of the account's settings page.
- Tap: "Remove Account".
- Confirm: the deletion when prompted by tapping "Remove" or "Delete"
