MAM - iOS user access

Overview

Mobile Application Management (MAM) allows organizations to protect corporate data within apps on personal (BYOD) device without requiring full device enrollment, here are the steps to gain access:

1.  Download Microsoft Authenticator app from the App Store.

2.  Open the app and sign in with your work account.

3.  When prompted, click on Open Browser, and log in to your Work Account again. 

4.  You will now be redirected to setup MFA, click Next.

5.  Add your phone number and verify it, you will see a screen with your Authentication methods, you can close that window. 

6.  Go to the App Store and Download Outlook and Teams, then log in with your work account. It will ask for authentication. Click on Open Authenticator and verify your identity. 

7.  Setup passcode if requested, after login in, the app will apply MAM policies automatically and the Data is protected even though the device isn’t enrolled.
