In order to fully support your account and give your organization all the needed attention, we recommend converting your purchases made with another reseller to BEMO via a CSP purchase.
Here are the recommended steps.
- Review all your subscriptions and compare to what you have purchased from BEMO. You will find all your subscriptions here https://admin.microsoft.com/Adminportal/Home#/subscriptions . They will show as "Purchased channel" = "Reseller". Your reseller should have a portal or an invoice you can refer too. What you have purchased from BEMO will be here: https://store.bemopro.com/license-office-365/
- Once you have identified the subscription from your former reseller that you want to convert to BEMO. Purchase the replacement subscription from BEMO prior to their respective renewal date for the needed quantity (you have at least to cover for the number of assigned seats. Visit https://store.bemopro.com and sign in with your Global Admin Account.
You will have 168 hours to make any changes following your original purchase and upon renewal.
- Reach out to your former reseller and for each subscription you want to cancel:
- Have the Auto-renew turned off
- Cancel the subscription.
