Purchase a Microsoft Phone System, Calling Plan, or an audio conferencing add-on

To purchase either a Microsoft Phone System, Calling Plan or an audio conferencing add-on, you must first have purchased a compatible Office 365 plan

Prerequisite purchase

Before ordering a Microsoft Phone System, Calling Plan or an Audio Conferencing add-on, make sure you have already purchased the prerequisite products. Check this blog article to learn more.

Microsoft 365 Business

If you already have Microsoft 365 Business, that is easy, you just need to add a Microsoft 365 Business Voice to your subscription as per the "Add Microsoft 365 Business Voice " instructions below. Microsoft 365 Business Voice is cloud-based telephony solution that enables users to make and receive PSTN calls in Microsoft Teams. It includes a phone system, domestic calling plan, and audio conferencing.

Office 365 A5/E5/G5 and Microsoft 365 A5/E5/G5

If you already have Office 365 A5, E5, G5, or E5 nonprofits or  Microsoft 365 A5, E5, G5, or E5 nonprofits, that is easy, you just need to add a Calling Plan to your subscription as per the "Add a Calling Plan" instructions below.

For all other qualified Enterprise plans
(Office 365 A1/A3/E1/E3/F1/G1/G3 and Microsoft 365 A1/A3/E1/E3/F1/G3)

If you already have one of these qualified plans but are not an "E5", you will need first to purchase a Phone System add-on or upgrade to an E5 plan. Once you purchased a Phone System subscription or upgraded to an E5 plan, you can then add a Calling Plan.

Add a Microsoft 365 Business Voice

If you have a Microsoft 365 Business subscription, simply follow the instructions below to purchase the Microsoft 365 Business Voice add-on.

1. Using your Global Admin account, log in go BEMO Online Store at https://store.bemopro.com
2. Navigate to your list of Office 365 subscription page at https://store.bemopro.com/license-office-365/ 
3. Locate the subscription you want the add-on for (ex. Microsoft 365 Business) and select "Add-ons" for the given product.

4. Click on "+ Add to cart" next to Microsoft 365 Business Voice.

5. Go to your Shopping Cart, update the quantity needed and complete your order.

Add (dial-in) Audio Conferencing

(Office 365 A1/A3/E1/E3/F1/G1/G3, Microsoft 365 A1/A3/E1/E3/F1/G3, and Business plans)

Good news, if you are on an "E5" plan or have the Microsoft 365 Business Voice add-in, dial-in Audio Conferencing is already included with your subscription. So you do not need to buy it.

If you already have an "E1", "E3" or a "Business" plan, simply follow the instructions below to purchase the Audio Conferencing add-on.

1. Using your Global Admin account, log in go BEMO Online Store at https://store.bemopro.com
2. Navigate to your list of Office 365 subscription page at https://store.bemopro.com/license-office-365/ 
3. Locate the subscription you want the add-on for (ex. E1, E3 or business plan) and select "Add-ons" for the given product

4. Click on "+ Add to cart" for Audio Conferencing

5. Go to your Shopping Cart, update the quantity needed and complete your order

Add a Phone System
(for Office 365 A1/A3/E1/E3/F1/G1/G3 and Microsoft 365 A1/A3/E1/E3/F1/G3 subscribers)

If you already have one of these plans, simply follow the instructions below to purchase the Phone System add-on, before you purchase a Calling Plan.

1. Using your Global Admin account, log in go BEMO Online Store at https://store.bemopro.com
2. Navigate to your list of Office 365 subscription page at https://store.bemopro.com/license-office-365/ 
3. Locate the subscription you want the add-on for (ex. E1 or E3  plan) and select "Add-ons" for the given product

4. Click on "+ Add to cart" for the Phone System

5. Go to your Shopping Cart, update the quantity needed and complete your order

If you are on a "Business" plan you will need to upgrade to an Enterprise plan. 

Add a Calling Plan (for any Enterprise plans)

If you have a Phone System license or an "A5, E5 or G5" plan, simply follow the instructions below to purchase the Phone System add-on, before you purchase a Calling Plan.

1. Using your Global Admin account, log in go BEMO Online Store at https://store.bemopro.com
2. Navigate to your list of Office 365 subscription page at https://store.bemopro.com/license-office-365/ 
3. Locate the subscription you want the add-on for (ex. and "A5, E5 or G5" plan or Phone System plan) and select "Add-ons" for the given product.

4. Click on "+ Add to cart" for the desired calling plan: Domestic, or Domestic and International Calling Plan (you can mix-and-match).

5. Go to your Shopping Cart, update the quantity needed and complete your order.

Upgrade to an "E5" plan

You can upgrade the following plans to an "E5" plan and note that you can mix-and-match as needed, so you do not need to upgrade all users.

• Office 365 Business Essentials
• Office 365 Business Premium
• Office 365 E1, A1, F1, G1 or E1 NP
• Office 365 E3, A3, G3 or E3 NP
• Microsft 365 F1, E3, A3, G3 or E3 NP

to upgrade, simply purchase the needed quantity of seats, assign the licenses, and remove the seats you no longer need.
