In this process we will be upgrading Windows 10/11 Home to Pro.
Step 1. Access the BEMO Store https://store.bemopro.com and sign-in with your tenant Global Admin account.
After logging in click on the search icon and enter Home to Pro and press enter.
On the next page, click on the option for your situation. Windows 10 or Windows 11 upgrade from Home to Pro is for Enterprise customers (E3 and E5). "Windows 10 Home to Pro Upgrade for M365 Business" is for Business customers (Business Premium license). You can then proceed to purchase this license as you would with any other in the Bemo Store
Once the purchase is completed you should receive the activation key via email, this can take up to an hour.
If you do not receive the email, you can contact the BEMO Help Desk.
Once the activation key is received, you have to update Windows: Fix Windows 10/11 Home to Pro upgrade error when using the product key purchased – BEMO Docs (bemopro.com)
