Symptom: You signed in to the BEMO store in the past and now when you sign in again, you end up getting a time out error after a while.
Cause: Your original username, for example firstname.lastname@example.org, changed to something else like email@example.com, or firstname.lastname@example.org
Option A: Go to your user administration in Office 365 admin portal and change your username to the original one. Make sure to match the alias prefix and domain suffix.
Option B: Open a service request at www.bemopro.com/sr and request to update your BEMO Store username to match your updated Office 365 username.
