Duplicate subscription error!
If you received this message while placing an order is it likely because you are trying to create a new subscription for a license you already have. Instead, you should add more seats to your existing subscription. Here is what you will need to do:
- Make sure you are logged in to the store
- Click <Admin Center> then select <Office 365 Licenses> in the left pane menu
- Locate the subscription you want more seats for, then:
- If the subscription is active, click <Change>
- If the subscription is suspended, click <Activate>
- Either way, you will be redirected to a new page where you will update the number of licenses you want
- Click <Submit> and you will be redirected to the shopping cart page,
- Accept the terms
- Click on <Place your order> button
- Wait for your order confirmation
