Join a Windows device to Entra ID

Follow the steps below to connect your Windows device to Microsoft Entra ID:

1. Open Settings

• Click on the Start menu and open the Settings app.

2. Access Work or School Account Settings

• Navigate to Accounts.
• On the right-hand side, select Access work or school.

3. Add a Work or School Account

• Click Connect next to Add a work or school account.

4. Join the Device to Microsoft Entra ID

• Select Join this device to Microsoft Entra ID.
• Enter your work email address and password when prompted.
• After signing in, a confirmation prompt will appear. Click Join to complete the process.

5. Sign In with Your Work Account

• On the Windows sign-in screen, select Other User.
• Log in using your work email and password.
