This short video will walk you through the steps to perform when you receive an encrypted email and you don't use Office 365.
If your Office 365 organization uses 'Office 365 Message Encryption' (aka OME) to protect your emails and you communicate with external partners and collaborators that are not using Office 365, you might be confronted with the situation where the recipient is not able to open these emails and asks you for instructions.
In this video, we go through the process that a Gmail user would have to do in order to access an encrypted email from their Gmail mailbox. The process would be the same for Yahoo, Amazon WorkMail, or any other 3rd party email provider.
Make sure to send this video to those external partners and collaborators if they need help in how to open your Office 365 encrypted emails.
