Modify Existing Subscriptions

Increase Subscriptions Seat Counts

This guide will take you step by step on how to increase the seat count for your existing subscriptions in the BEMO Store.

Step 1: Visit https://store.bemopro.com on your internet browser.

Step 2: Click on “SIGN IN WITH MICROSOFT” on landing page or “Sign in with Microsoft” at the top right corner of the page to login to your Store account.

Step 3: Enter your Microsoft Global Admin Account user credentials to login to your BEMO Store profile when prompted.

Step 4: Once logged in, click on the top right corner your user profile avatar to go to “My Subscription” page to view your current subscriptions (https://store.bemopro.com/SubscriptionListPage).

Step 5: Click into any of the subscriptions you want to increase the seats, you will arrive on Subscription Detail page.

Step 6: Increase the quantity for the subscription

Step 7: Click on Change Quantity to Accept the BEMO Terms of Service and BEMO Store will process your request to increase the quantity

You have successfully modified your subscriptions quantity.
