Reducing Subscriptions Licensing or Seats

You can reduce your subscriptions licenses quantity within 168 hours following your original purchase or 168 hours following your subscription renewal date (similar window in cancelling subscription).

To reduce your subscription licensing/seats:

Step 1: Visit https://store.bemopro.com on your internet browser.

Step 2: Click on “SIGN IN WITH MICROSOFT” on landing page or “Sign in with Microsoft” at the top right corner of the page to login to your Store account.

Step 3: Enter your Microsoft Global Admin Account user credentials to login to your BEMO Store profile when prompted.

Step 4: Once logged in, click on the top right corner your user profile avatar to go to “My Subscription” page to view your current subscriptions (https://store.bemopro.com/SubscriptionListPage).

Step 5: Click on any specific subscription to view subscription detail.

BEMO Store will let you know the maximum number of reductions you can reduce your subscription by. In the following example, the original quantity was 10, and maximum number of reductions is 9 hence you reduce your subscription quantity to 1.

Step 6: Click “Change Quantity” to accept the BEMO Terms of Service and BEMO store will process your request.
