Auto-Renew Subscriptions

For newly purchased subscriptions are auto-renew by default, your services subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of your subscriptions term. For example, Microsoft 365 Business Basic with service start date of Sept 01, 2024, will automatically renews to new service end date of Sept 01, 2025.

You can opt to turn off auto-renew and your subscription service will end on the subscription service end date, which is Sept 01, 2024 in the aforementioned example.

To turn off auto-renewal for your subscription:

Step 1: Visit https://store.bemopro.com on your internet browser.

Step 2: Click on “SIGN IN WITH MICROSOFT” on landing page or “Sign in with Microsoft” at the top right corner of the page to login to your Store account.

Step 3: Enter your Microsoft Global Admin Account user credentials to login to your BEMO Store profile when prompted.

Step 4: Once logged in, click on the top right corner your user profile avatar to go to “My Subscription” page to view your current subscriptions (https://store.bemopro.com/SubscriptionListPage).

Step 5: Click on any specific subscription to view subscription detail.

Step 6: Click on “Turn Off Auto-Renewal” to turn off auto renewal for the subscription.

BEMO Store will process your requests and will take a few moments for the system to reflect the updates.

Your subscription will be cancelled at the end date.
