You can review your purchase history, download invoices, transactions, credits notes in your BEMO Store Account.
To Review Purchase History:
Step 1: Visit store.bemopro.com on your internet browser.
Step 2: Click on “SIGN IN WITH MICROSOFT” on landing page or “Sign in with Microsoft” at the top right corner of the page to login.
Step 3: Enter your Microsoft Global Admin account credentials when prompted to login to your BEMO Store profile.
Step 3: Once logged in, click on the top right corner your user profile avatar to go to “My Account” page to view your BEMO Store Account Information (https://store.bemopro.com/StoreAdmin).
Step 4: On My Account (or StoreAdmin) page, scroll down to Financials section.
- Invoices tab to download and view invoices receipts.
- Transactions tab to view all the transactions that occurred on your primary payment method.
- Unbilled Charges tab to review any upcoming charges.
- Credit Notes tab to review any credits may be resulted from subscription cancellations or reductions.
