You can go to “My Account” to review your BEMO Account Profile.
Step 1: Visit store.bemopro.com on your internet browser.
Step 2: Click on “SIGN IN WITH MICROSOFT” on landing page or “Sign in with Microsoft” at the top right corner of the page to login to your Store account.
Step 3: Enter your Microsoft Global Admin Account user credentials to login to your BEMO Store profile when prompted.
Step 4: Once logged in, click on the top right corner your user profile avatar to go to “My Account” page to view your BEMO Store Account Information (https://store.bemopro.com/StoreAdmin).

If you want to change your company primary contact information (email, phone number, company name), or Billing information; please create a service request via www.bemopro.com/sr.
BEMO Store sends email notifications to account primary contact and billing contact when the following events occur to your BEMO Store Account:

If you wish to add more contacts to receive the above email notifications, you can add new company contacts in “My Account”.

Step 5: Scroll down to “Company Contacts” section to add new or edit contacts

If you want the specific to receive only Billing events email notifications, you can select “Yes” under “Billing” column and click on save icon.
