What's needed to add a device to Autopilot?

Here’s what you need to provide to the support engineers in order to enroll a device into Autopilot

• Manufacturer name (ex. Dell Inc. LENOVO)
• Serial number
• Device name (ex. Vostro 340)

Once this information is submitted, the engineers will confirm when the device has been successfully added to Autopilot.

When you are ready to assign the device to a specific user, confirm the device serial number and user to assign the device to.
